Returns

Due to the nature of books and printed materials, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The book received is damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • You received the wrong book.

  • The package was damaged during shipping.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Books ordered by mistake.

  • Books that have been used, written in, marked, or damaged after delivery.

  • Digital products, eBooks, or downloadable content (if applicable).

  • Orders where the customer changes their mind after purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • The refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a damaged/defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
